I have mailed a package to my sister in law on July 21st with a delivery date of July 28th and today is Saturday August 1st. She has yet to get it. When I track it it has been in transit for 3 days with no delivery and I’ve called to see why and where the package is. It was a birthday gift and now it has come and gone. I have an investigation number and was told I would get a call back within 24 hours and still haven’t heard from anyone. I was advised that it was Giotto be delivered by 8:00 pm 07/31/2020. I will file a report on Monday. I insured it for $100 I want a call and my money back as well. Very poor service and no customer service at all. Please don’t blame it on Covid. This has happened to me before with Fedex. It was 12 years ago. I will not use y’all ever again.

Package has been in shipment since July 24 and it is Aug 1. Go figure since it is 9 days and still not here. Totally unsatisfactory

Horrible customer service. FedEx simply does not care about any inconveniences to their customers. Basically what they are saying to there customer base is " We do not care if your package is a week late. If you don't like it, cancel your order and wait a month for your refund".

I have used FedEx a lot during my adult life and have always been very satisfied with my deliveries.i love the friendliness of the drivers and customer service.i also love how much easier it is to track a package compared to trying to track through their competitors company it's so much easier to track a package through FedEx verses other delivery companies.The customer service providers are usually so friendly and professional . You can tell they are concerned with giving their customers the best service and delivery prices I will always continue my service with them anytime possible.
