Don't deliver on time and delivery tracking is aweful!

It's not fast enough they don't update info on my package

I have been using FedEx for yrs and they have never let me down once.

Important documents i sent did not arrive on the date stated on your tracking,...

Either this doesnt update or my packages haven't moved in 24hours.

I dont know how many others are having the same problem... but apparently I am never at work and the business is closed. We are a Church. We may not ne having Sunday Worship but we still do business daily for our community! I am very angry that our video cameras cant seem to catch the mysterious Driver who claims to leave a non-existent DoorTag on any of our 9 very accessible doors. Nor do the cameras on the clearly marked office doors at the doorbell ever record a FedEx person at it. This would be 0 zero stars if it would allow me to write a review.

I think FedEx has lost my pkg. Looks like it disappeared between Albuquerque, NM and Elephant Butte, NM. It has been in transit for 2 days, with a 150 mile distance.

The absolute worst shipping company in the world would not recommend using FedEx for anyone if you want your package use somebody else

FedEx shouldn't leave packages outside if person isn't home they should leave door tag to let you know they were there and tell you next delivery date or where and when you can pick it up I had name on bell and left note asking them not to leave outside of building still haven't received package waiting on a replacement hoping I get it this time

I’ve never seen a tracking sustem that tells you exactally when it is going to come to your house. Just amazing

Very poor delivery service i don't know why Walmart use them

two shipments in a row from same shipping company were mishandled by FedEx causing delays and loss of product. With nothing but false apologies and no remedies.

Excellent Service across the Board.

fed ex NEVER EVER delivers my packages to my house. ALWAYS around the corner at my neighbors, even though house numbers are posted, and they always drive past my house!!! So frustrated, my items could have been ruined because of the heat, thankfully my neighbor is honest and kind!
