Cant find my package, not delivered where the address is and NO contact to call

Waiting since march 18 for a package that was in bethpage put on a truck and never delivered where is the package? Why are you security staff not investigating and tracking which truck which driver? Not very good service

Updated delivery advice at 05:30 on day of delivery with instructions to leave at rear. Driver ignored instructions and took package back and now I cant reschedule on Fedex's useless website

Very pleased with the service, friendliness of the staff & timely manner the package was delivered.

Dawg they keep saying my package is out for shipment but nothing ever arrives. I understand that covid has made an impact on your services but be honest about the updates that it’s NOT out for deliver, that I WONT receive my package on said date. Don’t live in such a great neighborhood so I’m constantly checking my mail just because my neighbors WILL steal whatever packages are on my door.

Package was in my city and not delivered. Left to go 8 hrs past! Now waiting for it to come all the way back. Hopefully wont have to use Fedx again. Our personal business is switching.

Waiting for an overnight delivery in the same state I live in. Day 5 and still no info other than the same ‘in transit’ message for 4 days now.

Had a scheduled delivery Friday that didn't happen. Package marked as needing to be refrigerated. But no one cared..

Fedex has very bad service...

You guys are terrible I pay 50.00 to have my bike sent out to get here faster and the past 3 almost 4 days the bike is still sitting in Cali to be shipped you guys are terrible

There was a well defined in color with FedEx logo, sign that says Fedex Leave package here right smack at the same UNLOCKED gate that the notice was hung on. The gate has to be closed to keep the livestock in. We were home. Only gave 1 star cause no way to leave ZERO for lazy and incompetent.
