UPS is just better all around very rare I have a decent experience with Fedex

Package was in the area on the package delivery date, but then never came and the updates stopped. The estimated date now says pending. Next update said that the package was sent 2 states away. Two days later, there has not been an update. Customer service was not helpful and only read the online status that I could see.

It said delivery at 8:50 pm that night I was sitting outside no package came. Is 5 days after I can’t found my package and is expensive $

FedEx did not deliver on Saturday the 25th as promised. Of course they have no issues with overcharging for their services and keeping your money.

Supposedly the order arrives on july 24 and today is 25 and it has not arrived yet.

received an email saying my package was delivered at 10:57am.... wife and I was working in front yard all morning without any delivery drivers coming by.... got on website which deserves 4 stars and it shows my package was 50 miles away....

My package has been sitting in a warehouse for a month. Hope i dont have to ever use this service again.

Horrible service Package to be delivered 15-22 ..now 23-28 still waiting

My package was evidently delivered to the wrong address. I've called FedEx 3 times and keep getting blown off.

I regularly order plants from Ontario.I will never use your company again.They were shipped on Monday.I was promised delivery yesterday and again today no parcel.They will probably be dead after being on the truck for delivery for 2 days in 30 plus heat.Totally disgusted.

Why are the packages so dirty when you get them

It’s so annoying. They would tell you it comes at this time and never comes that day.

Have had several orders that never make it to me and they say they can’t track. Not good experience with their delivery drivers. Very unsatisfied.

I have had 2 horrible experiences with FedEx in 5 days. Their drivers are lazy and don't want to the job they are paid to do. They are refusing to deliver to my house because I live far so my packages are always late. I receive rude customer service when I called to voice my concerns. This company is horrible and treat customers like garbage.
