Too bad there isn't a zero stars.I was promised my package would be delivered on 7/16.However on that day you sent it to Illinois in the opposite direction of Alabama where I am.It says shipment delayed.Well guess what.If you send it to the correct place it wouldn't take 2 more days.

I was at home when the driver left the note at the front door. He never press the buzzer or give a call.

Damaged a rim I sent through them. Won't sent nothing through them again

I am trying to track a package that were shipped on July 12th, there is no expected date for delivery. That is very distressing

I never received my package. They did not leave at my address. I have cameras and was at home. They did not come to my house!

Only gave it one star because there is no zero star option. NEVER; and I mean NEVER choose fedex to ship your orders. I guarantee a 3-day shipping policy for my business by paying for 2-day shipping, so explain to me why this shipping took 2 WEEKS. 2 WEEKS. I would be less upset if it was something I ordered and shipped through fedex since I would be more understanding, but I’m a business owner. That order send 2 WEEKS LATE left me with unsatisfied customers which I couldn’t do anything about since YOU GUYS are doing the shipping. Either ship on time and responsible or close up shop. Either way, UPS is way cheaper and actually ships on time. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

Over 2 hours late so far.

They keep charging the same but they never tell you that your parcel will take 3 to 4 times the usual time. And they did not mention why their original delivery date was completely pulverized... SHAME!!!
