Fed Ex is a joke, something sent 2 day, last week. Still waiting , maybe it meant 2 day after the first week!!

I didn’t receive my item! This is a scam!

No phone number. Didn't write where to pick up package if not in. Wrong Web address on sorry we missed you delivery note. No addressee on the note!!!! Who's the parcel for!!!! Who in the house goes and collects it.... If you had an address to get it!!! Poor service.

Waited All day Sunday,7/12 for a scheduled delivery that never happened

Paid for 2 day shipping . Sent July 7 and it’s July 12 and still not there . Not impressed and will let others know

Absolute rubbish. My parcel was posted 1st July by next day delivery. It's been stuck at the hub since 2nd July with failed delivery exceptions. Not bothered to try and deliver it once to me. Extremely disappointed as it's now been 12 days and still not got my parcel so it's now messed up my business as I needed the contents urgently. Would rate 0

My package was supposed to be delivered today I actually sat at my house from the morning when I woke up all the way until just now at 8:30 at night almost and it never came y'all need to fix y'all tracking and dates or send a email out and let people know that their package will be delayed or a little bit late not just leave us waiting around for it and it don't come on today exposed

This is the worst shipping company. This is the second time they send me a service and it never reaches the correct date. Extra money is paid for a service and Fedex does not comply with the terms. You lose thousands of dollars and they wash their hands just saying, I'm so sorry. No one answers me for the lost money. Is there anyone who knows of some way in which this company can be sued for deceit and loss of money from the client?

FedEx is always on time. I like them for personal shipments, though a little higher cost than UPS.

If there was a zero I would have picked that.
