I was home the hold time and the delivery guy never came to knock on my door lied and said it was delivered at 10:44 when it was and no ticket in the door and around 2:30 the delivery guy post a ticket at my building door like he been there that’s crazy they don’t do they job.

I would leave zero star if I could. The driver rang the bell at my office, ran to his truck and sped off. The emergency package requires a signature so now I must wait until Tuesday for the package, assuming the incompetent driver even delivers the package. This really is a stupid way to run a business. Now the driver must return and I have to hire someone to wait for FEDEX. I wish FEDEX Ground would hire people with more than a room temperature IQ. This stupidity is destroying the U.S.
