Your delivery has gotten slow. I have found that several times my packages SIT IN YOUR WAREHOUSE for days before it is sent on its way to be delivered. This info is according to your Tracker. Sometimes it even will go to one side of town. Just to be shipped back to the where it came from then goes on its way? Really. Come on. I have been a dispatcher of a big delivery service and even I know that this is NOT EFFICIENT. NO wonder you are losing business. Please, Review your layout .

You should inform your customers how long is the dealay

I find it takes fedx forever and ever it use to take a few days!! I had a mattress set in a local city 5 days after sitting in another city 6 I offered to go pick it up after CALLING FEDX several times. I understand today world is crazy . Although UPS and Amazon seem to deliver in 2 to 5 days???? ! I have an order now that is being delivered by Fedx it’s going on 2 WEEKS?????

Just as bad as ups if not worse. Never make deliveries on time. People rely on parcels delivered on delivery dates. People lose work and jobs if deliveries aren't there when they are supposed to be. Fire inadequate drivers and hire ones that know how to make a deadline. Simple.

My packages were not at my door they were at the bottom of the stairs in my apartment building next delivery I would prefer the carrier to carry my boxes up by stairs and leave them at my apartment door also I do not have a tracking number for my first delivery from you guys but the driver's you to start being more careful of packages my packages are ruined I had a box of litter opened in the Box so this is just a complaint for box damaged and not properly delivered at my house for future deliveries please drop off at my door for address 207 4th Avenue Apartment 6 Monroe Wisconsin 53566 thank you
