I am sick and tired of FedEx unable to deliver their packages and expect you to go all the way to Markham to pick it up. They are totally useless

Worst delivery service I have ever been involved in , tried for over a hour various ways just to pay import charges ! No one picking phones up !

You people are playing the Covid 19 card. I've lost 2 contracts because you won't deliver my packages I have a number of businesses with the same problem. I see FedEx and UPS trucks in my neighborhood daily. GET THE PACKAGES DELIVERED.

My parcel arrived today promptly. I got message yesterday to say it was going to be delivered today and it sure did arrive on time. Thanks to the driver who delivered my goods. Very good service.

It would be nice to see where my package is rather than just in transit, or at the very least an expected delivery date. May as well not have tracking...

FedEx is the worst shipping company I have ever felt with! They lost my 100lb package the first time, then gave me multiple delivery dates and NEVER showed up on any of them. FINALLY on the 5th delivery date they showed up and the box looked like it had been thru WWI. The driver never read the instructions as to where to leave the package. I asked them to leave it on the back porch and he left it at the front door where there is constant traffic and could be stolen very easily! Give me UPS anyday!

They only got me half of my order..had to call the company where I placed the order..it said it had been delivered but I ordered 14 things and only got 4 of them now I'm out of alot of money..will never have stuff delivered by FedEx......

So far good but I am waiting on a sensitive package that should be back already.

Don’t like the fact that it doesn’t give you an estimated time of arrival.

Horrible service! Cant track my package or know when its coming

We have been told the shipment arrival supposed to be June 15-2020 but until today June 22-2020 we did not get it. What they speak and what they do is totally different. Will never comeback again to come back Fedex do not recommend to any one as well.

Been waiting on my parcel since 17th June they say it’s in transit phoned up and rescheduled for it to come Friday still no parcel it was meant to come today 22nd June no parcel went onto the web cite to chat and find out where it is and they couldn’t answer me I’ve to wait for an email it’s disgusting I’m not happy at all
