Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, they throw your package on the porch and keep moving, after it's been delayed. JUST TERRIBLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Not on time and not able to get the information needed to talk to a human being

Can't track my shipment since it was sent from the 6th of May... I have no clue where my parcel is... What a huge shame fedex, never again will I or anyone I know use this courier company... God forbid

I took day off, and they never delivered, what a joke, Amazon much better

It been 3 weeks since my item was ordered. I have been given 2 expected arrival dates and neither has been met. Still waiting on my merchandise.

this has been a nightmare. said to deliver the 14th and today is 18th. package all over state of california but to me nor any idea of arrival. have had to stay here and wait, wait and wait. no person to speak with to ask. just the worst delivery have ever had.

Despite fedex knowing my address, they somehow managed to deliver my package about 3000 miles away from where it was supposed to be delivered.

Lousy Service. Ordered book from Amazon and still waiting on it five weeks later. Put in tracking number from Amazon. Not Found

was suppose to receive my package Friday the 15th it is held up in Kernersville Nc and have not received it or cannot find out what is going on with it

FedEx is competing with the USPS providing lower prices for shipping. Package was not delivered on date agreed upon. Just happen to track it and I see all these negative reviews about FedEx. Not good for business...

Parcel left distribution monday and location says it is still in Ontario 5 days later

Never received my pkg. that they said they delivered on May 14th. Where did they deliver it to?

Tracked my package, it showed coming to Greensboro where I stay, to be delivered today, but now it showing it is on its way to Winston Salem. Don't understand any of this. I have seen 6, count them 6 delivery trucks that have came by my house today , but no delivery. Not happy with FedEx, not at all. Also the package shows arriving 10 miles from my house , yesterday morning at 9:32am. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Terrible. Parcel was delivered two miles away from my address at an agricultural dealership with a completely different postcode and address. No email to explain this at the very least. Only luck I know the owner of the dealership and he contacted me to say it had been delivered there. Yet on the tracking it says delivered successfully to my address stating my postcode. Driver clearly couldn’t be bothered.
