I received a call from my wife today and heard in her voice how upset she was. I ask her what was wrong, and she replied that the FedEx man dropped off a package for us and then came up to our front door and tried to open the door.. The door was locked, and he left. My problem is that he had NO reason to try to open our door. I have attempted several times to contact Fedex and waited on the phone over an hour and still nothing. Last, I hate to sound this way, but Im glad I wasn’t there. Better yet, their driver should be glad I wasn’t there. FedEx needs to address this with their driver and make him explain to them and to us what reason he had to try to open our door. Not a good feeling at all. Be careful people. Cant trust anyone anymore.

Still waiting on my packages and I haven't received them yet they're blaming it on the coronavirus because the driver not going to do a 5-11 20 20 and said no one was home but I was here and I'm getting the runaround about getting my packages desk for service to me

Delivery is terrible! Still waiting for my package! They keep saying they deliver it on my frontdoor and that no person receiving it! When in fact I was at home waiting the whole day for my package!

Still waiting for pkg that ship April 30th to Southfield mi. Have attempt to find this pkg. From my tracking no. It's been on a truck. Went you fedex ground terminal. No assist after waiting almost an hour. No one wanted to help. I'm a senior citizen Who should not had to stand in the cold trying to find my mother's day gift when I paid to have it delivered. This is the 2nd time. I have lost my confidence in fedex. To date my box has not been delivered. order shipped April 30th VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER VERY UNHAPPY

Im still waiting for my parcel. I have no idea why it went from Troutdale to Kent and not to Salem. It is discouraging to note that usps would have sent it flat rate for less and in as many as three fewer days. I hope it eventually arrives but who knows?

Service is terrible. Been waiting on very important package and fedex keep giving me run around. Been to main location which they tell me it should be delivered today still nothing. Then they tell me it’s at oak park location and I go there and they say it’s not there going around I circles and the package is my disability payments that I haven’t gotten in 3 weeks. Service is the pits

Terrible delivery and customer service. Customer service lies and never resolves the issues. Tracker is useless. Packages never arrive when they say they will.

I use FedEx to ship all my incoming and outgoing packages. Tracking them is important to me and the people I ship to. I have the highest number of stars for the company, the drivers, the tracking. Keep up the GREAT work..... go Denny Hamlin

If I could leave a zero rating I would do so my package was supposed to have been delivered by May 7 it is now May 12 and no sign of or email or text message letting me know when my package will be delivered

FedEx sends delivered notifications when packages have not been delivered to the final destination...now even the FedEx reps can’t track the in-progress shipment. The automated phone system prevents customers from talking to a person in the backend of the shipping department. FedEx used to be reliable, now it’s a waste of time. I’ll use UPS next time.
