Not so good still waiting on package since yesterday 5/11/2020 suppose to arrive again today 5/12/2020. Still haven't arrived

Last Monday Alex tracking number indicated the shipment was on a truck for delivery at 8:15 in the morning waited till 5 they never showed ask for an explanation the shipment was never loaded on the truck. And the past FedEx has indicated that I've refused deliveries that were not refused.

You have lost my package from the 9th of May when your co promised delivery.

Call centre not operating and the site does not allow to change delivery options

Not a good service in Mexico, no tracking updates daily to see the current status, ETA unclear

My package was supposed to be here on the May 11 and here it is the 12 and I haven’t seen it ! All I get out of tracking is it is at Tuscaloosa office and nothing else! Nothing about it except it was supposed to be delivered yesterday!

My package is almost a week late and the email keeps saying they will arrive a day but never does and I still don’t have it.

Package disappeared from your site on 5/5 in Sacramento on handoff to us PS. Never got to us PS where did it go. Was it stolen by your em ployees, I suspect so since I cannot find info in where it has been since then.

Horrible service! No service. No way to find a list package. You force a hangup with absolutely no info provided! Total failure to tell me where my package is! Cannot get a human to answer you saud my package was on its way to us PS in Sacranento.they never got it that was iver a week ago please call me by phone 530 389-2409 or you stole my $230 Package or you three it away or lost it. My package is a week late getting delivered. I am not giving any rating at this time.

I have no idea what’s happening with this package. It was shipped in the middle of April, no updated status, it then said retuned incomplete shipping info. Had the company ship again, it hasn’t been updated again for over a week, just a tracking number with no info

FedEx keeps leaving my packages in the mailbox that is away from my house and it had perishable food in it. They even left one of my packages sitting by the mailbox at the street in plain site of everyone that passes by. Who does that
