Paid for Express. Package showed up 3 days late . Damaged. Garbage service.

Fedex is a disgrace. You have my needed medication and you can't even give me an accurate delivery. The SYSTEM said by end of day today. Your CSR assures me there is no delivery date. OH REALLY. Your system is the worst it has ever been. And you think it's improved. REALLY

Would give several less than 1 star if possible. Pretty sure I could walk to location and pick up parcel faster. And that canned customer service crap is about as much good as a wooden nickle

I paid $173 to have a extremely important document sent to me express over night. It's been 6 days and It still has not arrived. The dead line for what's in that document is now past. simply terrible service. Never again.

Used the post office 3 times to get docs to Mi. Never recd in a month. Sent by FedEx 2 nd day got there early morning. Thank you FedEx never fails

11 days after the original delivery day and still no get paquet and is more expensive that USPS and terrible services

1st time booked FedEx courier to other country it's too worst service 5 days pending at one place my courier not updated tracking status also

Package was suppose to be delivered on Friday by 8:00pm. It’s now Monday and still no update other than it’s sitting at a facility an hour away for 2 days now. Requires someone to be here for delivery. I have appointments that I’m missing because of the lack of updates from FedEx. Service is not a priority for this company!!

Why don’t they update their tracking ???

First time using Fedex, will be my last. Paid extra and is Still waiting on a package from yesterday that was urgently needed from yesterday. Poor service with no explaination

Yesterday I was notified of a package delivered. I diligently searched the property yesterday and again today. Nothing. This is the third delivery since January that has gone missing

Still waiting for my package. Not here getting tired of waiting. I believe I could get the package faster and on a specific time through the united states post office. I believe this will be my last time I wait for FedEx.

So I work and delivery required a signature. I get that I guess. Called them and scheduled for drop off and notification of delivery to drop off site. No notice and it was there they said and then forwarded to another place then when calling on it it was to be redelivered to site. Still no package and it’s now Sunday.

FedEx Made up a lie for one of my packages. They said,"your package didn't go out because it was raining out. I've driven in heavier rain. One day when we had just arrived at the gas up point the rain came down. It was like someone had dumped about a 500 gallons of water on the truck in less than 3 minutes up in fort drum.
