HORRIBLE SERVICE NO PERSONAL.....

I never received my package it says it was delivered in New Jersey my address is in Manhattan address how did they get that wrong

You Guys Need To Learn To Keep An Eye On People's Packages So They Don't Get Lost. But I Love FedEx.

Worst experience ever… zero rating…after a huge payment again asking for money as a custome still awaiting for my parcel either refund my money and cancel my order or find a solution for this…

Says item was delivered but was not

Vert late delivery. I had to wait at home for 2 days. No proper intimation. No direct phone numbers. Their customer care numbers are of no use and they never respond, the call gets disconnected immediately. After spending so much money, I got my envelope after 7 days. I am very sorry for my opinion and request for some improvement.

Said package was delivered... However, i never recieved it... Bad business...

Fed ex is very cheap while doing deliveries. I ordered a mattress and was supposed to come on monday and it take more than one week than the delivery date. They don’t know that how a customer can come to know without phn call or email. Very cheap .

Another company who has terrible customer service they charge a lot of money to ship packages and we as customers are not giving a phone number to contact a live real person corporate greed is horrible at Fed Ex I don't own a computer and prefer to talk to a real American speaking person not a call center in a foreign country where I can't understand one word they are saying.

Said my package was delivered while I was home and it did not get delivered

I ordered a product on ebay.. it said delivered.. and when i verify the package is not there.. then when i call fedex they said i had the wrong tracking number?? Never got my package.. it was delivered to the wrong address.. and they said i got the wrong track number?? Dont use this useless delivery company.. is not safe at all..
