My order is really late, can't track package. Hard to get ahold of company.

Ordered 4 items at the same time, 3 were delivered and no one knows where the 4th item is When tracking the item it said it would be delivered by the end of the business day on April 28th. Never was delivered. The next day when tracking it, it said pending and has been that way since. When I call customer service no can give me any straight answers about the package.

Half the time I have no tracking information at all from the US

It said that it would deliver yesterday, but it’s not even out of country yet.

Looking to see where my tracking number is

i have had nothing but problems getting my package. Everyday i am told it will be here today. When I dont get my package, I call and I am told it will be delivered the next day. This has been going on for several days. Customer service has hung up on me. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE. I am tired of being lied to. I have out in a BBB claim. A horrible experience

I will not give fed ex as in I'm fed up with FedEx even 1 star you royally screwed up my 1 simple delivery 《TWICE》..I talked to John and his number is 5238593 and asked him to have it sent via another name and when the package arrived it didn't have the other name added in which case it made it very difficult to receive the package!!!!! So...I'm not in the least bit impressed with FEDUP-EX!! The track #148896657126 and ticket#4152553240 and phone # 587-321-0563. Actually I'll give you 1 star for delivering my package non-broken!

Missed one delivery attempt. They left no note. Next day I waited all day. At 5pm called to check- they said I had to wait until 6:30- no call no delivery. Check again at 6:30- days will deliver the next day. Waited all day the next day 9am to 6:30pm- no delivery no notice. Called again- they said it was strange, they’d look into it and get back to me. Never heard from them. I knew I would only be available for a few hours the next day so had the packages set to be left at a pickup location. Got a message the next late afternoon that it was dropped off. Had to go to a busy Walgreens to pick up my damaged packaged that barely fit into my car.

They never knock, have left my pkgs with similar address but different cities at wrong address and vise versa. I really don’t trust Fed X to deliver!

The worse never use it again gave date for the delivery 05/02/2020 by the end of the day l am still waiting for it.

Not enough information !

Gave me a delivery date of 4/30/2020, didn't change the date till 5/1/2020. They do not give you any updates or even have a proper way to track your package up dates. The worse by far. Wouldn't recommend them!

NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. UNRELIABLE.....WALMART SHOULD CANCEL CONTRACT WITH THEM
