Can’t get a definitive answer to where our package is. Supposed to be here yesterday still no sign!

This place is horrible they said my package would be here by Wednesday and it is now Saturday

Today is May 2nd, on the 1st I contacted FedEx customer service and was told it was out for delivery. It didn't. I got emails on Wednesday saying my order was out for delivery. Then on Thursday, and again on Friday. Still no delivery. Hampton is in need of a well trained manager.

slow delivery time.Tracking is useless unless you have a blood hound.

if you're not wait time on the phone is extremely long and lat of your customer service Representatives aren't as knowledgeable as they should be I realize the coronavirus has had an impact but the logistics out to be a little bit better than it is right now thank you.

Zero star . Hate the customer service and tracking is not accurate. Got the run around . Wont use or recommend.

Very terrible service. Wont ever use them again or recommend. Also worst customer service . Why have tracking when it just seem not to work. Package was suppose to be dropped off before noon on Friday and now going to be Monday before I see it . Never again and had to do a star rate . Should have no star options . Had to put a 1 but it would be zero or below.

Too slow Not accurate

Horrible tracking. Says it’s in transit only. Can’t tell where in the world that is. Useless. Package was expected yesterday. Can’t find where it is and I leave for work in a day. I need to find my parcel

Wayyyyyy behind UPS for accuracy and reliability. I try not to order from companies that use FedEx as a carrier. Terrible!

You are in Illinois which is closer to Detroit where I'm located from my package yet you go all the way to Memphis first makes sense

Package was due for arrival today. Still at another facility in another town. Has already been a week since it was out for delivery.
