Always great service and undamaged packages.

Took 15 hrs to go 45 min to my home from the hub. Rude customer service associates and was told my package would be at my home by 3pm as of 7pm it’s still not here. Will NEVER USE FED EX AGAIN!

Cancer medication guaranteed one day but did not arrive, no information as to why and still waiting for a date.

Ordered 3 tires, received 2. Called FedEx to report. Supposed to call and let me know something... Still waiting for the third tire and the phone call... Should have used UPS.

Terrible!! Got a e mail saying pig. Would be delivered 4/39/20 then another updated one saying pkg. Would be delivered on 4/22/20 at 10:30 am Waited all day on 4/22/20 and still no pkg. But the e mail kept saying delivery would still be coming. Finally I called customer service for status at 9:45 pm. They said it would be now coming the next day. Why, since I signed up for status delivery couldn't they tell me there would be a delay in delivery in the first place. This is the 2nd time this has happened with fedex. They stink!!!

This FedEx service is truly good for nothing. I give it one star because zero stars doesn’t seem to be an option

I have never been more FRUSTRATED trying to receive a pkg from FedEx !!!!!!! They do NOT deserve a 5 star rating! My package was to be signed for by myself only with a phone # for them to call me. Well that didn’t happen & they lied about who received it at a time when the building management was in a meeting. They are not handling pressure well with this virus business but are using it for an excuse. Go elsewhere for good business & tracking process in the package delivery systems. I would not give 1star for service when a package has specific INSTRUCTIONS!
