Notified package could not be delivered however address is correct. Called help line and told they cannot find tracking number provided by Fedex. Called help line again and told a different explanation. At present I do not know status of shipment

Yes, I agreed with Leung with message left on 20/4 that my parcel had also not moved but still stuck in Lantau for 4 days. Staff at Admiralty office told me it should reach Germany TODAY but it is still in Lantau!

Always a million reasons why I never use FedEx there is always an issue and they're never helpful. They blame the customers for everything. They say they attempt to deliver things and they don't. I wish that all places that things are ordered from allowed the customer to choose who they have deliver a product because I would never have chosen this company.

Abysmal service. Parcel hasn't moved in 3 days - stuck 20 miles from delivery address. Taking an eternity to get here.

I ordered something on March 27th and I saw the FedEx Tracking That was supposed to be delivered on April 2nd it is still showing that is it in Transit and the date still shows April 2nd. I'm not happy at all I haven't been able to get through to any representatives and my tracking status says in transit and has not changed since April 2nd.
