They delivered my shoes somewhere else! Terrible service! I was home all day waiting because I knew my shoes were on the way!To my surprise when they said they had delivered at 11:00and my shoes were not anywhere I was very disappointed especially because of carona virus!! Of course it's Sunday and you are closed! It does not give your hours for the week or weekend on your phone when calling your number!

I used this service for the first time & was promised my son would get his birthday gift on his birthday. It did not arrive on time. Unfortunately I will never use FedEx again. With all the negative reviews I hope he gets his gift delivered properly on Monday! Wow FedEx how do you stay in business with missed promise delivery dates & dropping packages off at wrong adrresses..

They came by my house and dint even call left a note. So i called the number. And asked for it to be delivered because of whats happening at the time and me being an at high risk person for the current covid-19. The lady said they would deliver it again next day i have waited two days and have recieved no phone call or email. What horrible customer service.
