Should have used UPS FedEx is a joke

Been waiting 10 days for my delivery to no avail ' not good

I have never seen anything so slow. The pony Express could have gotten my package to me faster. It was shipped on 3/20 and it's 3/28 and I still haven't gotten it. Tracking said it would be here on 3/28 but it didn't come

My package was supposed to be delivered today haven't received yet 8:20 pm

My package was left at the wrong unit. My address label specifically stated #2. It wasn’t just that the box was left out in the pouring rain. By the time I got the email from Walmart stating that my package was delivered, I went outside & noticed it was not on my (covered) porch & noticed it was not there. I went around the house to the Apt. entrance. clearly Marked #1 & it was left out there in the rain. I have rheumatoid arthritis and couldn’t not even move the box. It was a faux fireplace & was extremely heavy. I had no one to call & help. I was somehow able to get a tarp and put it underneath the box so that it would not tear and by God’s Grace was able to drag it around the house and up the couple of steps into my house. I hurt my hands, elbow and knee! I’m very dissatisfied & disappointed with FedEx! I know we are going through tough times and employees are scarce, but if you have the exact, correct address on the package, it should be delivered correctly. This delivery was careless and it caused me injury! Just wanted you to know that.

Bull that you guys loose my package, where I find it on your map is also unbelievable

If I could give no stars I would. The worst EVER! I will not buy from a company who uses FedEx again.

I haven't received my package from FedEx every since last Saturday & I was told by & agent that my package will be delivered yesterday in five hours from the time we talk yesterday morning around 9:34am & here it is 14 hours I went online & put in my tracking number & it keep saying it's in transit & still know FedEx guy

My parcel had in stuck in Paris since Wednesday yet the promised delivery day was Friday which is today and no updates yet

The Worst company ever. I still waiting for my parcel. They dont answer phones. Tifth.

Worst excuss for customer service ever been associated with. Representative is clueless and very disrespectful. Would never use your service. The BIG BROWN GIANT is 100% better than you could hope to be.

Appalling service. Worst courier ever! Order a parcel from eBay and fedEx say they’ve left in in my front porch - I don’t even have a porch?! I’ve been in all day no one has delivered a parcel or am I meant to believe it’s been dumped outside my front door which is directly onto the street as I don’t even have a front garden.
