FedEx reviews

Was expecting a package to arrive but tracking shows it is at a local service center. Talked to two csr that told me they would put an urgent rush on it. It still doesn't show any movement, so I call back and after 45 minutes on hold, I gave up. This company and the customer service sux!!!

So I've been waiting on a delivery from FedEx for over a week now Amazon shipped supposed to be here today apparently it's an Oklahoma so yeah FedEx is not a great company they don't guarantee shipments apparently which is the only reason you would pay the ridiculous amount of money to ship put them anyways I would give them no stars if I could

3 days....driver said CLOSED ....been here and open All the times driver said closed.....closed. If I could rate lower I would.

Other services use a map to show where your parcel is in transit they also indicate how many drop offs are left before your parcel will be with you. This allows you to get on doing things instead of waiting in listening distance for the door.

Never give shipmemt on time

Shows delievered but to New York, Westtown. I live in Aurora Colorado. No wonder you are not the favored carrier

A tracking # is to track the package in between the shipping and the delivery . You should update you datas more often ; at least once a day . Your tracking shows when it is pick up by fedex and when it has been delivered , nothing in between .

I have always had great service with FedEx.

Each day it says my package is do by end of day, 9pm each day it changes to no information available until next morning when it says again arriving by end of day but still no delivery. How hard is it to put a box on a truck and drive it to its destination... apparently too hard for Fed ex!
