Can't even deliver products on the day they are supposed to come

Was waiting on a package, says it was delivered to my home but i never received it.

Unprofessional, drivers lies and say they dropped off packages and on home video surveillance shows he was not at home. Also, called customer service and informed them of the drivers lies and I was told the package would be dropped off; again this didn't happened. Called customer service 2nd time because of no show and they requested package to be picked up at depot. I asked the package to be returned to place of purchase. This was a very inconvenient and unprofessional experience. Try Canada Post people !

Not at all happy that you had a delivery that should have been made yesterday and it’s sitting on your truck less than a mile from where it should have been delivered

The service was fast. The driver was very cautious with my package. He didn’t throw my package. I saw him on my Ring Doorbell. FedEx is wonderful.

I did not received my stuff

It is ridiculous how inefficient this process has been. Smfh. These people act as if they are doing you a favor by doing their job. If anything they should realize that without the people ordering things they would have no job and should no only be but at least act even like they like doing their job. Well see if ups does the same thing.
