They came by my house and dint even call left a note. So i called the number. And asked for it to be delivered because of whats happening at the time and me being an at high risk person for the current covid-19. The lady said they would deliver it again next day i have waited two days and have recieved no phone call or email. What horrible customer service.

You leave my package ON THE GROUND NEXT TO A TREE IN THE RAIN........there's a porch. You never knocked on the door!! Horrible service

Worst service I have ever used. I had crickets (live) shipped to me . I have had 3 delivery dates then promise them by Friday now I find out I will not recieve them until next monday! By this time I am sure the crickets are all dead!! Very bad service. Will never use again and I will differently share my experience with others
Never when I need it, late, I have to wait all day... can't get manage delivery for my building...

Package supposed to be here Wednesday now Thursday and now there saying Friday. and it should have went from Visalia to Lemoore that's it instead and went from Visalia Fresno Lemoore, still not here.
