The service was fast. The driver was very cautious with my package. He didn’t throw my package. I saw him on my Ring Doorbell. FedEx is wonderful.

I did not received my stuff

It is ridiculous how inefficient this process has been. Smfh. These people act as if they are doing you a favor by doing their job. If anything they should realize that without the people ordering things they would have no job and should no only be but at least act even like they like doing their job. Well see if ups does the same thing.

FedEx delivered my 1st package that were supposed to get held at their store and my 2nd package was sent back to the seller. Horrible experience. Part of my 1st package was at the store and when l called to pick it up they told me that it wasn't there and that they sent it back to the seller as well and 4 days later the store called to see if l was coming to pick it up after l had left out of town.
