This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable , I have been sitting home 2 days waiting for my package , and fed ex continues to lie and says it’s on the way or if will be here , 2 days , still no package , EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS !!!!! Please get me my PAID FOR PACKAGE

Package shipped 3/5/2020 no movement since 3/7, today is 3/9/2020 what is going on...help me understand please

This is ridiculous! My package said today but 10:30 at night really? This is the most upset I ever been.

Have a message as to where package has been left but it is illegible. So where is my parcel?

Package has been traveling in a circle for 2 weeks. Costing my business a loss. Will try not using FedEx in the future. Hopefully package will show up soon not double taped and damaged as usual. Called for track on package with no return phone call from them.

Some lazy drivers. A lot of good drivers who deliver AND knock on door before walking away. Key pads are in foyers to allow access to tenants. So lazy drivers should ALWAYS use them in evening and on weekends!

I wouldn't even use, FED EX AGAIN PLAIN PATHETIC SERVICE. I WASN'T GOING TO GIVE YOU ONE START YOU ALL DESERVE NON.

They said they deliver it twice (Thursday and Friday)but I checked my house camera only once (Thursday). They give a pick up location and ready to be pick up the next day but it wasn’t there (Saturday 9-5) and they it will be Monday. I waste my time and money for not showing up to my work. Service is sucks

My package was thrown down. I heard it hit against door and loudly hit the floor. The box was upside down with fairly delicate machinery inside I live in a large apartment complex and the delivery person was gone. This was Fedex because I tracked the package. This is not the first time my parcels have forcefully been catapulted. My neighbor witnessed a previous package being of mine being thrown by a male delivery driver: resulting in broken contents. I let it go until now. This time I am reporting it. I have always strived to do quality work in my paid jobs and volunteer positions.

They always leave my packages at the edge of my porch in plain view instead of by the door where people can't see it. Sometimes they mark packages as delivered and they dont deliver them until the next day or two. Wish the vendors I order from would just use UPS or even USPS.

I almost never met the delivery date

We live in a subdivision and our mailbox is not by our driveway is down the hill. With that being said our large package was left at the mailbox instead of being delivered at our door. This is very upsetting. Our package could of been stolen
