USPS is a NIGHTMARE ! FED-EX made it EASY ! Thank goodness !

Paid $60 to get something shipped over night & Fedex supposedly miss sorted it & got it in same amount of time if i spent $8 thanks for ruining a kids B Day fed ex way to go never ship or receive anything with them again now wonder u cant brake 2 star rating!!!

Was sending a flat rate On tues guaranteed delivery by Thursday afternoon. Paid the high rate fee. They did not get it there on time it didn’t arrive until Friday. After the recipient had already flown out of state. Extremely disappointed what a waste of time I will never use FedEx again.

My package is getting shipped to everywhere but my house. It's now two days late and took a huge detour from Chicago to Tennesse. I live two hours from Chicago in Wisconsin. Not sure why it needed to go to Tennessee then back through Chicago to get to Wisconsin.

We ordered our package on February 16th and it still has not came we are upset because it is a gift for our daughter and it was supposed to be here no later then the 2nd of March and it is now the 5th of March and it still has not arrived it has delayed plans and is a big inconvenience

Rock Auto said package would be delivered on the fourth didn't receive it until the fifth

Fed ex delivered my pkg to the wrong address and have not been very friendly or helpful in recovery.. Not to mention I could not understand the representatives, after 2, I was very very discouraged.. Not impressed ☹️

Was told last night, after paying duties and taxes to FedEx that my package would be delivered before noon. With my parcel on site, apparently it’s now not going to be delivered until the afternoon. It’s already a day late and their map is useless.

FedEx is awful. 90% of the time when you guys are used there’s added charges. An absolute scam.

I sent out a package on March which was supposed to be returned to me I know it is stilll in Florida I would like to know why have you not sent the package back yet it is March. 7. What's taken so long.

My shipment is in transit for a week and no updates are available while online and automated phone services are useless

The worst parcel service I have ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting on a $1050.00 package for 12 days. They keep pushing me to other representatives. And they all say the same thing. we will check and get back with you. very Disappointed!!!!!!

Was promised a delivery for 03/04/2020, and received only 1 of 3 boxes.
