I have never had a bed experience with fed ex.

I was supposed to receive this package 2 day express shipping. I have not received it and it has been the ,2 days maybe before the day is up I will receive it but I do not like how Fed ex system the way few options you have to track your packages...I know I would feel more secure if I could somehow figure out if it's on its way so I can be sure to be home... Would help alot to somehow make a app where the driver could sign in as well as u and u be able to text jor call the driver!! Just a idea of mine and Fed ex would start a trend because they would be the only deliver company to offer this

My guitar was guaranteed to be here Today. It’s still in CT. No way it’ll be here today and I’m leaving on a 2 week trip in 2 days. My bud was going to help me fix it up but won’t be able to because it’s not going to be here on time. FedEx is a joke.

Overnight 12 pm , sons meds never arrived been told that the pkg was Attempted @ 1030 am yet tracking shows that at 12 pm it was still at the facilities. ( this is not some amazon gift this is my son’s MEDICINE )

Pedi unas bolsas para paquetería y se han tardado mucho, vivo en Houston y en el tracking llegaron a Houston y las mandaron a Osseo MN después a Houston y después a Olathe KS Y SIGO ESPERAMDO lo pedí el 19 de febrero y estamos a 1 de marzo no entiendo porque las están mandado a otros lados y me urgen esas bolsas se supone llegarían el 24 de febrero y sigo esperando

I was waiting for a package that I really needed. I hadn't received any alerts so I checked the online tracking to see where it was and found that there was an "attempted delivery" but there were 2 problems with that. 1) I was in my living room that morning waiting for said delivery which is where my front door is and 2) I have 6 dogs who bark (alot and loudly) if someone knocks on my door which they didn't and when the did it was after the "attempted delivery" and it was because of my neighbors across the street. I called to see if it could be because my mailbox is on my neighbors side of the street maybe they tried there and was told that the driver says he knocked on my door and heard the dogs barking ( all of my neighbors have dogs). I wanted to try to get my package at the FedEx but they informed me there was no way I could until that Tuesday, it was Saturday, so now I can't do what I needed because I'm sure the driver knocked on the wrong door.

If "no signature required, on my package, at least ask for an I.D so fed ex won't give away package to someone that's not me, I work hard for the I buy, for fed ex to just give away to anyone, who may or may not live in the building, I am very upset.

Package was supposed to be delivered by 10:30 AM today. It is still not delivered. It was urgent and that is why it was sent by FedEx priority. Tracking shows that as of 13:37 it is on a truck for delivery. Very disappointing.

Remember when fed ex was amazing? We couldn’t believe they could get packages across the country in one day right to your door, no fuss no bother and worth the price. Judging from my most recent experience this is a true anymore. Good luck getting your package. Apparently my package was arriving early, but no tag on the door from FedEx. On the third day, the day I thought it was to be delivered, I called in the early evening to see if I could find more information. They said oh sorry we tried for three days, you weren’t home, so we’re sending it back to the seller. I asked what could be done? They said you could try to reach the seller and have them prevent it from being shipped back. Given that they were a third-party seller on Amazon I had a little help. But they immediately responded to an email and arrange for the package to be dropped at a FedEx office the next day. After I received a text from FedEx saying the package was delivered I went to their office. After 10 minutes the client service reps Said sorry your text must be wrong it says here the package won’t be here till Monday. Oh actually maybe it was sent back to the seller. But it’s not here. I stood there calmly and show them the text wow a FedEx delivery man removed boxes to take with him. Somehow my box was among them and they caught it just in time.Really outrageous. And really disorganized poor service. I’m ready to go back to UPS.
