Paid extra for early shipping, been over a week and still hasn’t been delivered.

The products that is delivered by FedEX takes the scenic route. They have to go all over the state of Florida, pass right by my house at least 2 times, before they are delivered.

Why did it say it was coming in on the 24th when the package isn’t even near my state on the 25th?

We had an Endy mattress delivered and the Driver was too lazy to bring it to my door so he left it in the driveway! Very poor service. We also called to tell them about it and they said the driver would be sent back but he never showed up and nobody called us back. The worst part is our neighbors 2 doors down ordered the same thing and it got left at their front door! Horrible service

In my recent visit to FedEx, I was assisted by a wonderful employee by the name of Katlyn at your Boise, Capital Boulevard Store. She went above and beyond to help me with my needs and just want her employer to know that.

I paid for international overnight shipping and 6 days later the envelope had still not reached its destination.

I don't know your delivery drivers name but he was very nice and even gave my dog a treat.

In my experience the worst courier service in the uk . Only gave one star as it wouldn’t accept no stars !

Its pretty good for delivering stuff that you ordered and a stuff people send you

Es importante que las entregas las realizen por la tarde en Mi domicilio, siempre ponen que no hay nadie y tengo que ir a recogerlo a sus oficinas, antea me preataban buen servicio ahora les falla por mucho.
