I just gave my own personal rating of 0 and it said it was great. For the one star that I was forced to give to submit review. FedEx people may go through he'll to deliver our packages. But it is a job they've chosen themselves and we don't deserve to be treated disrespectfully by them. They'd better have a talk with either themselves or THEIR EMPLOYERS.

Delivery was a day late. Package didn't leave town until 4pm the date it was to be delivered. Price is too high to not be on time.

Most distressing. Waited two entire days And No delivery. Although tracking site keeps promise and saying the same thing. It will be delivered. Sure. From 8:30 to 5pm. Two days.

Domestic service is not great, a day late, FedEx charged over night, delivered in 3 days. Stating the address was wrong, when Fed Ex searched the address, Fed Ex admitted the address was right, then delivered the next day. Incompetent, obviously they made a delivery error, on the second day, tried to tell me the issue was the wrong address. Get your management sorted Fed Ex. Your clients are leaving you.

Last year Fed Ex performed well for us. This year, the delivery performance has been terrible. Domestic delivery has been sited as “ wrong address “ supplied by shipper, when FedEx checked the address, it was found to be correct. We paid for next day service, it’s 3 days, the package is not delivered. When a service is charged, you take the money, can you please adhere to your posted business outlines.
