  • I just gave my own personal rating of 0 and it said it was great. For the one star that I was forced to give to submit review. FedEx people may go through he'll to deliver our packages. But it is a job they've chosen themselves and we don't deserve to be treated disrespectfully by them. They'd better have a talk with either themselves or THEIR EMPLOYERS.

  • Domestic service is not great, a day late, FedEx charged over night, delivered in 3 days. Stating the address was wrong, when Fed Ex searched the address, Fed Ex admitted the address was right, then delivered the next day. Incompetent, obviously they made a delivery error, on the second day, tried to tell me the issue was the wrong address. Get your management sorted Fed Ex. Your clients are leaving you.

  • I missed a delivery The missed delivery card says go on line to arrange a delivery. Tried but can’t find any way of doing it

  • Last year Fed Ex performed well for us. This year, the delivery performance has been terrible. Domestic delivery has been sited as “ wrong address “ supplied by shipper, when FedEx checked the address, it was found to be correct. We paid for next day service, it’s 3 days, the package is not delivered. When a service is charged, you take the money, can you please adhere to your posted business outlines.
