They are unreliable and never meet there delivery schedule.

Waited two days for a parcel that was "scheduled for delivery" both days that never showed up. Factory is 50min from our house. Just sad...

Don't pay for this shipping. Free regular ground mail is way faster . Payed for 4 day shipping but took 12 days get too me. From 1 state away. Like I said ground mail from across country is faster

Delivery delay since yesterday morning it's in Calgary at 9.26am

I am not impressed with the slow delivery time. I have a package that's been sitting in Nanaimo since February 13th. That's 8 days and still not delivered! Would have been faster to have delivered to Vancouver, take the ferry and pickup.

FedEx is the worst service in delivery and customer service is worse, they always lie to you and fail you with the time. they are stupids.

Don't even show up and say no one was there two days now waiting for someone who doesn't show up don't ever use them

I wish I could give them a 1 Star. They’ve lost several of my packages, yet UPS finds my house every time. The customer service people seem friendly, but they never follow through with what they tell me. If I have to have anything delivered, I’d pick UPS every single time over FedEx. They just don’t have their crap together.

The Service provided by FedEx I my opinion has been excellent. Many years ago I used another courier service but had a reason to change. I then changed to FedEx. The service provided by FedEx in excellent my preferred courier

Just going out door van went right past thought nothing today comes back from shop 3 mins later card lying saying was at door no phone number to get in contact for my parcel mad

20 mins away from the depot my product is 25 mins away from my house( online shopping only) Made order on feb 11 No friggen clue where fedex put my parcel or even if its left their depot! No movement on tracking number at all Not impressed!

Really disappointed In FedEx as I haven’t received a package they say is sent and I can’t get through to a real person to speak to about the location of my package.

The driver leaves my packages at the end of my driveway which is at the bottom of a hill ther is no reason he can't bring it up the hill ups does and Amazon does but he won't . any body can come by and pick it up I have no way of knowing my package is her. Besides that I am handy cap and I have to try to get to my car to drive down to get it
