I received notice package was shipped and would be delivered 2-10 by end of day. Checked with tracking number and package had basically vanished.

We had a horrific experience with FedEx. We paid for overnight international priority ($50.00) on Friday to be delivered on Monday (you don't deliver on Saturday or Sunday), but it was not delivered on Monday. With 2 extra days (Saturday and Sunday) to get my document prepared for delivery there was no excuse for not delivering it on Monday which is what I paid for. The FedEx staff was rude and unapologetic for the terrible service when we drove 50 miles to find out what happened. If anything, they almost the weather in Memphis until we checked the weekend weather and spoke to people who did get packages from UPS on Monday. No weather problems. So the staff even stooped so low as to lie. We are very stressed out over this horrific experience with FedEx.

Ages ago, I'm talking the 1990's when I worked on Wall Street Federal Express was a very reputable company. Not anymore. I stopped using them and replaced them with U.P.S., whom I'm sorry to say is not much better. Quite disappoint- ing actually.

Waste all day waiting for a package to arrive after a phone call from you and the conformation # say it will be delivered on 2-10-2020. Wish I could charge you for my lost time!!!!

I am in Playa del Carmen, QR, Mexico. On Friday I paid $1171.47 in Mexican pesos to send an envelope to Austin, Texas. It was for International Priority overnight. Since it was Friday we understood that it would not be shipped out on Sunday night to be delivered on Monday morning. It did not arrive and the tracking # they gave us had no information except that it was picked up on Friday at 2:13, Cancun, MX, no other information even now on Monday at 4pm. We went back to the FedEx office and they had no information nor did they try to help us get any until I got upset and they gave us a telephone #. The agents we spoke to gave us no information either. First they said it was weather related but since it's still in Cancun and the report we got from Memphis is that the weather today is cloudy buy every thing else is being delivered. The last time I used FedEx in Mexico the package I sent was lost so they gave me my money back but the package I sent was lost. I would like an explanation about why is this happening. Thank you

I was told they could get there by last Friday. Packages were split up, one was delivered on Saturday and the rest are still sitting in Henderson, CO

Never deliver to the correct address, not only that your package can be at your home base ..fedex will take that same package and take it hours away.. FedEx need to do better with the drivers.. I even had a package doing CHRISTMAS a gift for my daughter I ordered and it never gotten to me.. So I decided to call to see what the problem was because I didn't get any up dates or anything.. Come to find out someone take the item out of the box , and I had an empty box sitting at FedEx in another town after leaving my town. And not delivered to me.. SAD VERY SAD.i am to get a package Monday , I am not getting that package Monday. I had to call them to find out I want be getting that package until Tuesday and I took that day off to be home to sign for the package...SMH

Fast secure n overly exceptional service last time i ordered the package coming it was divered by u 4 days earlier than predicted. Which was awesome. Thank you for service. N ur drivers are very cutious driving slow through our alley. Only one driver green n purple have to get truck number but same time everyday between 3 n 310 he flies through here. Which is dangeroous bc people walk alley there are kids n animals plus three members of my family are disabled but i will get truck number n call him in
