Terrible. Was suppose to resolve before noon and redeliver. No fedex yet and I need to be somewhere else.

Not going to rate until I see the truck. Has been in Hewitt for two days. 37 miles away. Not looking good do far.

This is great. It would be better if I knew how to use the computer better! LOL! But this is great to be able to really see where your package is. I don't see how you keep up with all the things you deliver! Thanks so much. GOD BLESS.

No information even there for the last 4 days, shipped a week ago and took three days to leave FedEx distribution center and nothing since then

Horrible!! No contesran en ningun telefono y ya tengo 15 dias eaperando mi paquete, que aun no llega :s y si pudiera poner cero estrellas seria genial.

I paid $54.43 to have it delivered by 10 AM Friday the 14th, it wasn’t delivered till 19.57 on the 14th I want my money back roger claar, 630-212-2200

Came fast and they left it in the garage impressed

I just gave my own personal rating of 0 and it said it was great. For the one star that I was forced to give to submit review. FedEx people may go through he'll to deliver our packages. But it is a job they've chosen themselves and we don't deserve to be treated disrespectfully by them. They'd better have a talk with either themselves or THEIR EMPLOYERS.

Terrible. Late. Leave out on street at mail box.

Delivery was a day late. Package didn't leave town until 4pm the date it was to be delivered. Price is too high to not be on time.

Most distressing. Waited two entire days And No delivery. Although tracking site keeps promise and saying the same thing. It will be delivered. Sure. From 8:30 to 5pm. Two days.

My package was supposed to be your head noon or before noon and hasn't arrived very late not very happy with their service is it right now

No updated information on shipment and when you call the contact us # no one answers! It's no wonder they have a 2* rating

Absolutely rubbish service. Next day delivery didn’t arrive even though I had messages to say my parcel will be delivered today
