Domestic service is not great, a day late, FedEx charged over night, delivered in 3 days. Stating the address was wrong, when Fed Ex searched the address, Fed Ex admitted the address was right, then delivered the next day. Incompetent, obviously they made a delivery error, on the second day, tried to tell me the issue was the wrong address. Get your management sorted Fed Ex. Your clients are leaving you.

I missed a delivery The missed delivery card says go on line to arrange a delivery. Tried but can’t find any way of doing it

Last year Fed Ex performed well for us. This year, the delivery performance has been terrible. Domestic delivery has been sited as “ wrong address “ supplied by shipper, when FedEx checked the address, it was found to be correct. We paid for next day service, it’s 3 days, the package is not delivered. When a service is charged, you take the money, can you please adhere to your posted business outlines.

Didn't ring doorbell. I didn't hear a knock. They didn't even try. And I am unable to go pick it up. Wouldn't have needed them in the first place if I could get out.
