Your system refuses to track a package using a door tag number

Fast secure n overly exceptional service last time i ordered the package coming it was divered by u 4 days earlier than predicted. Which was awesome. Thank you for service. N ur drivers are very cutious driving slow through our alley. Only one driver green n purple have to get truck number but same time everyday between 3 n 310 he flies through here. Which is dangeroous bc people walk alley there are kids n animals plus three members of my family are disabled but i will get truck number n call him in

My pkg should have been delivered Friday We had snow but were definitely passable Even the USPS and ups travelled this road

Haven't really used FedEx before but I'm not impressed. Was expecting my package today but didn't come and the last update it gives me is at 8:50 am and it's now 11 pm. UPS is much better!

Several times your driver placed items at the end of my driveway where parcels are accessible from the street. This practice must stop, please update your driver that items are to be placed at the house no at the street. My driveway is not difficult to negotiate. FEDEX drivers have delivered to my house in the past.

I ordered something Jan 25 and it was shipped FedEx. It has never arrived and its delivery is status is "pending" according to FedEx. So I paid $34 for shipping and12 days later FedEx can't get a box of cookies from Philadelphia to Columbus Ohio. What great service!!!!!

I have been waiting for a package from Fedex since yesterday , they were at home , I was at each one, they never knocked on the door, I called them and they scheduled the delivery from today from 8:00-10:30 am , it is 1:20pm and not yet they appear , I never want to use this company.

I had my medications shipped to me on vacation and guaranteed 2 day. It is now day 3 and they are finally on the truck for delivery. I paid over $100 for this service. Never again.

I love in Eau Claire, WI. My item was picked up in eastern WI, sent to Tennessee, then sent to MN to the "sorting" facility. Which will then be sent back to WI.

Who needs porch pirates? Nothing like staying home ALL day waiting for FedEx then seeing they say it was"delivered" but they can't tell me where. They'll look for it and call me back in two hours. Now, they're going look for it and they"hope" they can deliver it tomorrow. I won't be home tomorrow and requested they deliver it to a FedEx drop off center. They agreed, butFedEx won't take the info for which FedEx location I want to use.
