I don't know why you provide a tracking number when it does nothing. Yesterday it said my package would be delivered today. I stayed at home all day. Did it come? No. Do they know where it Is? No. Does the tracking number say when it will get here? No. Absolutely a useless service.

I'm still waiting for my package to be delivered today it's not here yet my friend is wanting it ASAP and it's been delayed until Wednesday it's not a good thing

I paid to have expedited shipping from us to canada but just noticed it hasn't left the us yet and delivery is due!!!

Right now im experiencing the worst service ever.... none personal..... so "AI" not a care on fedEx behalf my package is missing gone to 20 stops and no customer service in sight

I work at home, and am usually at home. However they never buzz the buzzer. FedEx never delivers our items, thus we have to go pick up the parcels ourselves. Also for some odd reason, the door tag they leave us always says they arrived at 2:05. Yet we never get buzzed. They keep calling us days before the delivery telling us to stay at home, yet they didn’t come. We had to go to a certain location to pick up our parcel, which happened to be an oversized parcel. It makes things difficult and very inconvenient. This is the tracking number 453991091671

Our delivery people are outstanding! Always polite, good humor, and do their best to get your package to you asap! I highly recomend FedEx Express!

Fast shipping out of Idaho to Mont.but the best part was the website updates.... the only thing that was a minus that was the shipping was expensive
