I had a shipment held up and returned to the shipper. FedX claimed the address was incorrect because there wasn’t a suit number. I don’t have a suit number. I do live in a condo of 18 4 unit buildings so it sounds like the driver was unfamiliar with the complex and either to lazy to check which building the address was in or the driver was under pressure to complete their route under time constraints. When I found out what the issue was about FedX refused to send out the package and said the shipper had to make changes to the address calling the address a suite which makes absolutely no sense what so ever specially when they have delivered packages here to the address previously. Their service In this case is Very disappointing.

You've delivered my package to Customs Guadalajara this past Monday, but all you'll tell me is it's at Customs. I have no idea what to do.

Give false claims about attempted deliveries. Claim they made attempts ,when they have not.

My package came three days late after I spent $13 for express shipping

FedEx said they tried to deliver 2 days in a row and nobody was there to sign off on it when in actuality the driver didn't even stop to check.

Every time I have a delivery from FedEx something goes wrongy delivery was on 2/5/20 they claim they attempt to deliver but I'm home and my bell never rang as all day unexceptionable

Took 20 mins to drop off a letter for processing. and it was late. Three weeks for problem resolution. Will never use again.

I’m trying to find out where my package is with the tracking # and it won’t give my any information and it is way late getting yhere

Absolute terrible experience they have been told to leave parcel with neighbour and still take it away, I wouldn't use them personally

My packages were delivered to wrong address and was told wouldn't be delivered til tomorrow, which I was fine. An hour later the delivery lady went out of her way to make it right. I got my packages. Thnx

Tracking info stopped yesterday at 2 something pm. Does that mean it's just sitting at a that location and not being delivere?

When package arrived 2 days later than scheduled, driver left itbat a restaurant instead of delivering to Apt. 3 as indicated on label. I am a 68 year old Senior Citizen and had to carry the heavoly weighted box around the corner and up a flight of stairs because the FedEx driver did not do so.

My packages get drop off about 3 miles from my house ..that has the same house number as I ..different street name and I don’t understand ..my husband has to go pick up the packages ...not happy with the services

I am very unhappy with your service. I hate when I call your office your employee lie oh yes your package will be there tomorrow between 8 to 8 and no one ever show up. Or the company that send my medicine out only use FedEx I have found out everyone lies 1.I leave a note on my garage please come to the front door. I have a note on my font door that reads please ring the door bell I also leave my front open just in case they don't ring my door bell I can hear anyone who is at my door. I sit and wait all day and night and no one has shown up. However when I call your office to track down my medicine your office informed me the driver came out but know one was home another lie I am retired when I am told my delivery will be here on this day between this time I don't leave I pray that my packages arrive not damage cause of my review.
