  • Package was quoted to ship for $12.00. Then it was $21.00. Package sent via Fedex on the 17th. One delivery attempt was made on the 19th. Many calls to Fedex later, package is now MIA. No return calls from Fedex as promised. Requested twice package be rerouted to sender. Still no movement, no updates. Unacceptable!

  • Wrong packages delivered and almost impossible to return items through fedex because of the very limited service and places that dont want to help or nothing more than a drop box and packages are left on the ground when the small drop boxes are full . I wont ship anything from my origin through fed ex because of all the problems I am faced with just to ship it . I will use UPS from now on because of all the help I got from them .

  • I was very happy with the conduct of your agents and the service overall. Right up to the time i found out my package, im reciever, was being held in Oregon due to a lack of information as to its contents. 50$ plus US dollars is not an inexpensive shippong fee. I understand the need for a complete manifest. My concern is that package was held for 19 hours without anyone bothering to advise me or the sender. Only because i was tracking it and noticed it hadnt moved and a susequent inquiry did i find out. Moreover why didnt the agent that served the sender know that a detailed desciption would be needed. I am very disapointed and surprised that such a blunder and obvious oversight would be made. Up until now i was extremely pleased by your service. From 5 stars to 1.   • They tried to deliver a small parcel, unfortunately we weren’t in so they left a card. The card has tracking g information but no contact numbers. It didn’t say if the package had been left somewhere else or I could have it redelivered. When I tracked the parcel it was at the launceston depot but there were no numbers given on the tracking site for contacting the depot or arranging a new delivery. So my package is apparently in launceston and there’s no guide as to how to get it. Not impressed.
