They sent my package back to the shipper without my permission. They didn’t even give an option to pick it up at a fedex location.

FedEx didn’t stop and make an attempt to deliver. My ring camera shows the truck driving around street without stopping. Now I have to go to the post office and pick up my package.

Amazon is much better and much faster.

Very pleased my product was delivered way ahead of schedule

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my tracking number and noted my ordered merchandise would be delivered today. I placed the online order Friday, and the large steel cabinets are arriving Tuesday! Life is good.

It still hasnt even updated info on my package . Based on the estimated arrival time it is going to take 2 weeks to get a little small package from Colorado to Arkansas.

You leave packages without knocking on the door. You're not delivering packages on time. I was first told Saturday by 8pm, then Monday by 8pm, I just checked tracking numbers and it's in Little Rock AR and I live in southern illinois. This is ridiculous!

So sorry to put 3 stars, cause usually FedEx is perfect, but today I encounter the worst experience ever. The team member (Sean W.) was not professional at all, I asked him to print first page of each file only but he printed all of them with colors and on fancy 25 cents per page instead of regular 13 without even asking me and everything took him 20 min, so then he reprinted again which took 10 more minutes but he still charged me 25 cents per page saying that it’s for labor.

Always told false delivery date. Even when offer to pay more, to get it shipped a certain day......makes no difference. Expedited or standard.....literally all the same. I’ve done both and nothing is different, except for the price. Told 3 different things for customer service. James is amazing. Stephanie said she would call me back, of course.....NEVER DID. Always, ALWAYS shows incorrect date in receipt. PRETTY MUCH, nobody knows or can help with. Waste of time in my book.

Paid $12 to ship in 3 days took 6days. Never ship with fedx again could of mailed with post office and received 3 days earlier.

Fedex are useless, as normal Never contacted before a delivery! What's the point of technology if you can't be bothered to use it? Plus when you visit your fedex.com/gb/mypackage you get no information about what to do to get package!
