My package says it was delivered but it never was

Horrible they delayed my package for no reason it will be 2 DAYS LATE!!!!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER!!!!

Information is a week old. Agent has already contacted me with reference to clearing, and I was checking if it’s out for delivery to me. Info on this site is ore customs clearance. Info should be within an hour if real time.

Did not delivery my package left a note to manage my delivery where it all ended!!!

Live plant was delivered in a box so damaged it was taped over multiple times. Delivered in freezing weather when the box clearly stated to keep it between 65-70 degrees. Box stated to stand up-delivered on side, open and exposed to 22 degree windchill

Was told delivery would be by March 2, still on transit at same location (Memphis) next day. It supposed to be urgent that's why FedEx and not local post was used.

Very slow coming from America, have had Japanese items come in faster! Also ten times heavier. My last few packages I received have been open

Packages repetitively left in reach of dogs over and over resulting in destroyed orders. This is unacceptable and infuriating.

I had an order school to be delivered today, it never arrived.!!! When I called to check on it, driver said that no one was home. That's a lie!! I made sure someone was here.

Been away all weekend. Get back to two delivery notices, the 2nd a final notice. No method available to contact FedEx to arrange a drop off or safe place.
