i have always had a good experience with Fed-x. no complaint's here

Horrible service. Despite giving FedEx my gate code, they refuse to deliver to anyone in our small townhome complex. I learned they use a driver co for their drivers. The drivers have no loyalty to the company and make no effort to climb stairs, use elevators etc. If u can use UPS or postal service...they rock input neighborhood.

Fedex did great! They knew exactly where package was detained. Very thankful they are on the ball! Would surely use them if i was sending a pkg!

FedEx claims package delivered no package shows up and amazon is useless to call and find out why and where just saying sometimes fedex drivers miss scan items! WTF!?!??

Package was supposed to be here Friday and now it's not coming supposedly till Wednesday 5 days after promise day

They have lost a family heirloom that was sent by my son to his cousin December 17th still hasn't arrived. Tracking says it's still in Memphis my nephew doesn't live in Memphis he lives in Hong Kong. This item is absolutely irreplaceable.

The worst delivery company ever. They are so slow, bad costumer service and you’ll never get your package.

FedEx lost package. Shows departing Champaign then nothing. FedEx said they would check and contact me. 4 days later no info. Called again, they said they lost it. I needed to contact shipper to have them file a claim. So they lose it and force me to do all the leg work to get a replacement. Worst carrier I ever dealt with.

I have great confidence in FedEx's services. Reliable and great communication/tracking.

My package was suppose to be here on thursday and now its friday and its still not here for my grandaughters birthday

Have been great whenever I have used them. Thank you fedex
