The package I ordered was delayed 2 weeks because the driver kept sending it before the business opened. Tried contacting them but customer service was of 0 help.

I live in a gated community and they can’t leave a $20 cell phone cadet at my front door...same address where allllll the other fedex packages were left. So annoying! My favorite is when they left door tags on the gate box! Seriously? Yes, I saw at least five during the holidays! Get it together people.

I had some that is was suppose to be delivered on the 31. It showed it out for delivery but then it showed restriction on delivery. The has been someone there this is the 2nd time I have tried to get this package l. This was order originally ordered on Dec 15. Information. Was sent to FedEx but for some reason they go by the address but they did not even get off the truck.they suit there and drive by. I'm not happy with FedEx at this time.

Package was out for delivery and marked to return. Terrible service.

Not happy at all with a delivery from Surrey to Prince Rupert. Sent on December 23 early in the day and it still hasn’t arrived and got charged $39.21 for this lousy service. Their tracking says it Left Surrey on 23rd, arrived in Prince George on 24, and nothing since then.

FedEx excuse delay because of storm when package was in Londonderry NH on vechile out for delivery at 5:45am. It is 26 mile to the FedEx center . I work in Londonderry NH i made it work and back

Terrible!!! Shippment of live lobster to be delivered next day by 5 pm. Nothing 150$for home delivery Never again Fedex

Did not send tracking email and said they delivered but I never saw it

Terrible, drivers are lazy. Leave packages and notices at mail box instead of driving to the house. UPS makes it with summer tires.
