Sent a package was suppose to arrive 12/23. Was told it was delivered on 12/20, and was left at the door. Receiving person was home on 20th but did not receive the package, no knock on the door or anything to let them know the package had gotten there! Will NEVER use FedEx again nor will my family or friends!!! Ever!!!

your company is very disappointing my order was shipped on 12/15 here it is 12/26 and I still dont have my sons Christmas presant

My package didn’t get there, when the computer said. I’m going to ship with someone else next time !!

Package shipped on December 20th, second day service, delivered December 23rd to the wrong Unit. Package clearly shows Unit C but delivered to Unit A. Owner of Unit A returned home December 26th. Another shot missed by Fed Ex.

Tracking says pkg delivered 12/26/19 @20:45 NO PKG. RECEIVED!!!

The package left Syracuse on the 17th and hasn't made it across the state yet. All I am told is, it's in transit. No one can tell me where it is. It is now the 26th.

Unreliable with their delivery date i should have got my package before Christmas its been on the delivery truck for several days now still cant get it

Package was to be here on 12/24. According to FedEx tracking, it's been sitting in the same place for 4 days. It shipped from New Jersey..across PA..and Now sitting in Columbus, OH. I live in PA!! Ridiculous!!

I had problems with people,who work in Rittenhouse circle,Bristol,PA.They don't give me my package. I give to her my driver license with different address with tag number.

Always fast! Delivery drivers take the extra steps to put my FedEx packages on my front porch, instead of by my garage like the Amazon drivers do.

Very disappointed in FedEx as they said my PKG would be delivered in two days and would not guarantee that date...we still can not track our PKG and no idea when it will be delivered! What gives?

Had a package being shipped for Xmas ordered on Dec 2nd said it was delivered on Dec 23rd. Never received this item.
