Orders have been stuck in "Pending" limbo since 4am 12/19/19 in Jacksonville warehouse. NO movement. NO delivery before Christmas expected. MASSIVE FAIL !

I ordered a laptop for my daughter for Christmas and a delivery driver delivered it to a business instead of the residents that it was addressed to. The package had to be signed for. So now my daughter's not going to have her Christmas present for Christmas thanks to the driver who screwed up the delivery and couldn't do their job correctly! It's not the case is under investigation, my daughter is out her Christmas present and it's going to take several weeks for them to reimburse my purchase!

Still waiting for my package. they can’t seem to find it in their system besides it arrived in the city I live in and possibly in a trl in there yard. It was only a four day transit time it’s been almost 2 weeks now. At this point I presume that I won’t see it until after Christmas great job Fed Ex!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to get something delivered . I will never use FedEx again . My grandkids will not have there Christmas on Christmas . It has been over a week since we had it shipped from Ga to Utah . We have been told so many different things and it hasn't been true .

Ordered packages beginning of December with a 2 day shipping time so i would get them by Christmas for my kids and still dont have a date or nothing on when they will show up

Dear Mr. Fred Smith (CEO), I really can't fathom how FedEx stays in business. FedEx is either understaffed, underpaid or plain just don't care whether it's sorters, drivers, holding facilities whatever it is, has fallen below standard. I had a package finally delivered after changing delivery dates 3-4 times an in a holding facility 20 miles from my house. If you want the consumer to use FedEx services then there must be change. Maybe incentive driven policies for employees and new company guidelines for overall attitude and performance. Y'all are the best because there was a movie made with FedEx delivering packages by a man who was a "Castaway" and still delivered even after years of being missing. I'm sorry for the low rating but me and my fiance didn't feel that FedEx deserved a higher rating due to letting loved ones down because of a delayed package. Best of luck to FedEx and thank you for the late late delivery.
