FedEx ground continues to leave packages in the garage door opening where they can be run over. They also leave them out in the rain. When you call and ask them to flag your address for front door only shipment they refuse to do so.

Package originated one and a half hours from my house. Left the state. 3 hours away until Wisconsin. Sat in that location for 4 days. Him back to Illinois 1 hour from my house. And now move they moved delivery date 2 days from the guaranteed 24th now to the 26th

Even though it’s Christmas... we’ve got our tracking info and it’s gonna be here today which was really fast considering we ordered 4 days ago and that’s including a weekend !!! Y’all ROCK

I was supposed to receive a package from overstock and got the run around for a week. Then they started it was delivered by the United States Postal Service on 12/20/19 @ 5:47 pm, but I never saw the shipment. Today is the 23rd and still haven't recieved my order. It was never delivered to me. I asked for receipt of delivery and got a message that that service was not available at this time . They can't provide one because there never was a delivery made.

There the worst thay have had my package for over a week in my city and still haven't delivered it when I called them thay told me I could pick it up myself

Very disappointed!!!!!!package was sent on 12/7 to Columbia SC for Christmas it has not been received. The 800 number was not at all helpful and the tracking is useless
