Can't get correct answer from FedEx a out my package said it would be delivered yesterday. Email said delivered. It wasn't then got email saying it is at FedEx location and would be delivered today said it was on truck for delivery. it wasn't delivered and now tracking days its back at FedEx location again. I need to talk to areal person not a computer

Considering the number of packages you guys move I think you do a great job!!!!!

My Christmas present order arrived at a fedex location on the 17th, and I did not receive an update until the 22nd. Now fedex is claiming delivery won’t be until after Christmas. Very disappointing as it is my husband’s only Christmas present!

Because of incompetence from fed ex my child who lives out of state won't get to see his father on christmas because of a package that was supposed to be delivered days ago

Packages dropped off always get picked up at end of day and taken to a distribution center. Xmas if you don’t pay an exorbitant price they leave it at the store for a couple days before sending it on. Should have went to the USPS instead

Never updated once since picked up. That's poor.

My package has “been on the truck for delivery since last Thursday...it’s Sunday!! Fed Ex should change their motto to “you’ll get it when you get it!” Terrible!!! How do you even stay in. Haines when EVERYONE is faster than you??

Fed x stinks!!!!! Use UPS. If their drivers dont feel like delivering deapite customer patiently waiting an expected delivery, they will submit a bogus statement saying customer rescheduled delivery. They lie. They are lazy. They are irresponsible and not reliable.

Already 4 days late

The driver repeatedly would not follow delivery instruction causing my package to not be delivered. When I called FedEx for support all they could help with was telling me to add instructions to the delivery (which I already did) when I asked for additional help to ensure I get the package the customer service rep just stopped talking.

I have had 2 food orders spoil while waiting at Fed Ex to be delivered. Another package has been at FedEx for over two weeks and I still do not have it. Only giving a 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give a zero.
