Never on Time. Never on friday Always after the weekend and never dropped off at my house alway at post office.. always an inconvenience

It is stupid that i put a tracking number in and i have no idea where the package is. I work downtown so its likely that i wont be here anytime you try to deliver, so instead of telling me where i can pick it up (which is unfortunately the best option even though you are a delivery company) i have to wait until you try 3 times then tell me where to get it. Your system relies on people being home through the day....that doesn’t happen for employed people.

Not good. No email with tracking no contact for two days. Supposed to be here the next day. Still not arrived

The ticket left on the door was not readable and confusing. FedEx for the most part is reliable.

My delivery was never delivered. They never called me or the recipient as was requested and stated. They don't want to refund my money, and they had charged me twice for the order. Bad experience all the way around

Tryin to call FedEx to track my pkg & I cant find out nothing. My pkg was to be here 7th & here it is 8th & still cant find it. Go figure no stars for y'all

Ordered a mattress from Serra Thru Sam’s club on 10/14. Delivered on 10/17 to wrong address. Reordered same mattress on 11/2 and again delivered to wrong address on 11/6. What’s the problem with Fed Ex? Will never use this company again!! Still waiting for delivery or mattress!! Charges have already been paid!! Multiple calls to different fed ex employees, supervisors, etc and still no delivery to my address!! Ridiculous!!

This app is as confusing as all get out! I did everything the printed instructions told me to do & nobody seems to know why my package hasn't been picked up or acknowledged in the system!

I love shipping with..fed ex...for all things. Its much cheaper than even going through the post office or even priority mail. Thank you Fed Ex...happy holiday
