  • Ordered a mattress and it said it would be delivered dec 16 on a truck... today Is the 21 and still no mattress.. numerous phone calls to Fedex to get told all different kinds of things and they can’t even tell me where my mattress is. Very dissatisfied

  • Seriously nothing sent On Dec 10 has NOT been received as of today Dec 21! Last tracking spot is in the correct town on Wednesday- just not delivered- now says DELAYED.

  • My order has been stuck at a FedEx facility for three days. Tracking it I’m told each day the item is in route and to be delivered by the end of that day. Will not be using this shipper again!

  • I have been waiting for 5 days for a package that has been sitting on a truck for delivery. Still have not gotten my package. Very disappointed in FedEx. Plus my Child is going to be very upset that Santa forgot what they wanted most for Christmas. Thanks for nothing FedEx.

  • Tracking my package. It arrived in NC and stayed there for 4 days. Trscking said it was on truck to be delivered a week later. I guess good bye fedex hello snail mail and UPS. Christmas presents might still make it.

  • FedEx stated they delivered my package on Dec 13, I was here all day and they made no attempt to deliver it. Today, Friday Dec 20, they were supposed to deliver the replacement package before 8:00 pm. I have been home all day again and Fedex never showed up. The tracking website states there is a delivery exception, who even knows what that means. This is an incredibly busy time of year and I wasted two entire days! Last year Fedex delivered a package that looked like it had been dropped kicked and the item was obviously broken. This is ridiculous!

  • I wish I could give FedEx ZERO stars. One star is way too generous. They have put me thru the wringer this week. They delivered the same package to my address twice this week. Not my name and not my address. I had to take it to our P.O. and they delivered it to the right address. Then they offered their "smart post" service to a company I ordered from. The item was shipped out two days earlier than expected so it should have arrived here at least a little earlier than first promised. Oh no. It is now three days late. I called and got a very uninterested person at FedEx so no help there. I will never again order from any company that uses FedEx or that ridiculous smart post. There is nothing smart about it. My package has been in three other states and six different post offices! FedEx is not the reputable, professional company it once was. Use them at your own risk! I won't again. I believe I must file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is the second time this has happened so I see a trend here.

  • I should have given- if I had that option. After assuring me for almost 4days that I am getting my stuff yet all lies. I was meant to receive my husband’s bd gift on the 18th according to your agent “the shipment is on the truck to your house, it’s now 3 days is it still on the truck??? Your customer service agent had the guts to ask me if I should return it to the buyer. Was it the buyer’s fault or yours????? Here I am still waiting for something I was supposed to receive 3days ago!!!!!!!! Worst customer service and worst service in general
