Package tracking # 147671360758 says my package was delivered at 9:35am on 12-21-19. But my package was not delivered I know for sure because we have a ring doorbell camera and nobody delivered anything on Sat 12-21-19.

I ordered my pillow at three beginning of dec it was supposed to get to me on the 12th then the 15th then the 17th now they have no delivery date for me not happy at all with FedEx I'll be doing either ups or anything else but will never do FedEx again

Pa kage has said it was supposed to be delivered today for two days now and still not here

10 days on the truck out for delivery, Drivers are too stupid to find my house and deliver package, never have I seen such lousy customer service. There is no reason why they can't deliver my package that has been out for delivery for 10 + days. Too stupid to do their job.

If I can leave the zero I would at one time FedEx was the number one carrier for shipping. However their routes have been sold out. Private individuals who don't care about there treatment of customers. Leaving boxes up on the mailbox out on the road. Please make it a universal law cannot leave packages on a mailbox out on a public road on a route

Not Happy with fed ex at all was supposed to receive shipment Tuesday December 17 . Excuse has been weather there is no bad weather!!!!!

First they told me on the 20th my package is in the truck and will be delivered on the same day (nothing ) and after they said will be delivered on the 21st (nothing )and now they said no date scheduled for delivery wow I know this is a busy time but they should be able to handle it no ??????

A package arrived at the FedEx facility in Jacksonville FL on Friday December 13 from Weathertech It was a Christmas present for my Husband. The package was promised for delivery on December 19 by 9 pm. It is now Sunday December 21 and the package has still not been delivered. We called the local Fedex office again and have received no help No one can tell us when the package will be delivered This is horrorable service

They lost 2 packages in a 2 week period. They refuse to "investigate" . Totally unacceptable especially during the holiday season.

Very annoyed with FedEx I paid to receive my package one to two days on a Friday with the package should have been delivered to me by Tuesday and it wasn't so Wednesday I start tracking and talking to people from FedEx constantly trying to track my package I have been told so many different things from Wednesday all the way up until now which is Saturday just been told something else different still don't have a package and then this come up so I'm going to submit this review awful I would never do business with FedEx again the drivers are not truthful I was told that he dropped my package off at 12:22 on a Friday after watching the cameras on my job there was no delivery call back to inform them only to find out that the package was never out for delivery just a bunch of mess and it steals continue on and on

Do not use FedEx if you want to get your package

shipped 12.16 its now 12.21 package has not arrived at location ? A package was sent to me via USPS 12.18 and delivered 12.20 Wonder who I will use next time and the only way I can continue with review is if I give you 1 star that's even over rated
