I been waiting 72 hours for a package you all text me saying it’s on it way. Customer service really no help placed on hold for 30 minutes then call disconnected. Wow really bad business.

Terrible! My package is sitting in the town where it is to be delivered. It was to be delivered on Friday December 20th. Now my package had been out sourced to another delivery dervice. My Angel Family Will Not Get Their Package In Time As Promised. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

Long story short. Est. Delivery was 12/03/19 today is 12/21 ZERO rating for FED EX Had I had an option when I ordered I would have chosen the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE!!

Worst service ever... by tracking the package it shows it arrived at local courier site... since they dont delievered it... and they given a date for friday... and now they said it will be delievered on Monday.. and some charges have to pay and ol... I dont understand why they didnt delievered it on friday..if its arrived there.. even not got any information for charges.. as i called for inquiry for my package than they said to pay the charges.. poor service

It would be better if FedEx have an estimated delivery date and time like UPS.

Never on time. The parcels move like snails.

Have been waiting for package from Walmart since Dec. 14th when it was turned over to FedEx. FedEx said it was in shipping process to be delivered on 19th, then on 20th, it was marked delayed. Now it sits in limbo stating they are not waiting receipt from vendor again. WHERE IS IT?

Went all over instead of direct route and is now supposed to be delivered five days late. We’ll see if it makes it at all.

Upset and worried. I've been sitting waiting on my package for 2 days. It was guarantee yesterday and it's not tomorrow and it still says out for delivery for 2 days. I can not finish my Christmas shopping cause of sitting around waiting for FedEx. I'm paralyzed and takes me longer to get around to shop, thanks a lot FedEx, I was..... on time until your good up. Still have NOT received my package and I can not leave until I get my package. I wish I could have gotten UPS, even USPS is faster. Tell me.... why do you have to ship a package from a few miles of where ordered all the way up north and then all the way back down south to put it out for delivery. Why not use your own warehouse in the Same area. Don't you think that would be much faster and less complaints...

Tracking says my package left Los Angeles five days ago. OK so where is it NOW?

A door tag was left on my front door Tuesday saying signature Required. We don't use our front door so I didn't find door to a to Wednesday evening. Call customer service to try is to lineup a different time for delivery. Supposed to deliver after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday . Package you supposed to be on a truck for Saturday delivery I hope I don't have to sit here to 8:00 p.m. I rate fedex as a 0
