Was 2 days late

I took 2 days off from work waiting for my delivery. It was on the truck for delivery on Friday and the driver went pass my house. I called and was told it was put on the wrong truck. I am still waiting for my Christmas Tree, that came to Twinsburg station 12.19.2019. Very poor service.

Waiting 4 days for a package from boston that been in jersey for 3 days

Drivers lie saying they tried to deliver packages and never came to property. Package put in "delivery exception" status, which means nothing is being done with the package. Would have given no stars if available.

My package has been at the ocala fedex location since fri dec 13th on and off truck for delivery serval times , called them serval times each time said it was on the truck will have by the end off day it is dec 21 now and back at the fedex location will not purchase anything in future that is shipped by fedex , sorry it has cost me about 500. dollars for being late (but they dont care )

Ordered a mattress and it said it would be delivered dec 16 on a truck... today Is the 21 and still no mattress.. numerous phone calls to Fedex to get told all different kinds of things and they can’t even tell me where my mattress is. Very dissatisfied

Seriously nothing sent On Dec 10 has NOT been received as of today Dec 21! Last tracking spot is in the correct town on Wednesday- just not delivered- now says DELAYED.

For 3 days my package has said that it should be at my door by the end of the day and it still hasn't showed up!

My order has been stuck at a FedEx facility for three days. Tracking it I’m told each day the item is in route and to be delivered by the end of that day. Will not be using this shipper again!

Nothing Better than Fedex....always on time

I have been waiting for 5 days for a package that has been sitting on a truck for delivery. Still have not gotten my package. Very disappointed in FedEx. Plus my Child is going to be very upset that Santa forgot what they wanted most for Christmas. Thanks for nothing FedEx.

Your service is slow. Never waited so long for a shipment order December 5 . Got to post office December 20 . Terrible service

Tracking my package. It arrived in NC and stayed there for 4 days. Trscking said it was on truck to be delivered a week later. I guess good bye fedex hello snail mail and UPS. Christmas presents might still make it.

It took too long for it to arrive. 3to 5 days took over a week

Sometimes packages get delivered on time last week the shoes I ordered rode around on the truck for 4 days. I called and complained they showed up the next day.
