My husband sent something for a two day shipment and it’s taken 4 days already and I am still waiting. This sucks.

We have tried fedex from tome to time, EVERY TIME something gets totally screwed up. Today i am tracking 3 packages that were suppose to be shipped to South Texas near Brownsville, TX, 1 day service from Houston, and they are currently in FORT WORTH, TEXAS!!!!!??? Use UPS for Excellent service, I'm DONE with Fedex. I'll rate this a 1, because 0 zero wasn't offered.

Outstanding! Informed me when package was delivered and at the time they said it would be delivered. You cannot ask for better service than that.

Can't get trac info

I had a medication order that was sent out on 10/30 it was to be delivered overnight to my home. The tracking people said it was delivered on 10/31 at 9:31 a.m. no one knocked on the door nor left it on my porch. I'm out the meds. And will have to go thru withdrawal for the next 28 days now.

Package taken to Fed Ex store at 3 PM on Wednesday. Did not get into FedEx system until 3 PM on Thursday so has not arrived as promised on Friday.

I’ve had five orders shipped with Fed Ex and only received two of them. When I made an inquiry, I never got a response.

I am disgusted by the servixe

Order was supposed to be here yesterday but just left Concord, NC this am. Not pleased at all with fedex. Not sure why companies still use your services. Giving 1 star only because it wouldn’t submit review without a rate.

Am not satisfied with you way of doing shipping. They told me in Ghana that the shipment take 3 days to get to chine and now it’s been 1 good week now the shipment has not been reach yet.
