Wouldn't even give this service a - negative star rating the serve is that BAD.

FedEx stated they delivered my package on Dec 13, I was here all day and they made no attempt to deliver it. Today, Friday Dec 20, they were supposed to deliver the replacement package before 8:00 pm. I have been home all day again and Fedex never showed up. The tracking website states there is a delivery exception, who even knows what that means. This is an incredibly busy time of year and I wasted two entire days! Last year Fedex delivered a package that looked like it had been dropped kicked and the item was obviously broken. This is ridiculous!

I wish I could give FedEx ZERO stars. One star is way too generous. They have put me thru the wringer this week. They delivered the same package to my address twice this week. Not my name and not my address. I had to take it to our P.O. and they delivered it to the right address. Then they offered their "smart post" service to a company I ordered from. The item was shipped out two days earlier than expected so it should have arrived here at least a little earlier than first promised. Oh no. It is now three days late. I called and got a very uninterested person at FedEx so no help there. I will never again order from any company that uses FedEx or that ridiculous smart post. There is nothing smart about it. My package has been in three other states and six different post offices! FedEx is not the reputable, professional company it once was. Use them at your own risk! I won't again. I believe I must file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is the second time this has happened so I see a trend here.

Shipment is not delivered after 4 day waiting. The carrier can keep package at the door or call me on phone.

I should have given- if I had that option. After assuring me for almost 4days that I am getting my stuff yet all lies. I was meant to receive my husband’s bd gift on the 18th according to your agent “the shipment is on the truck to your house, it’s now 3 days is it still on the truck??? Your customer service agent had the guts to ask me if I should return it to the buyer. Was it the buyer’s fault or yours????? Here I am still waiting for something I was supposed to receive 3days ago!!!!!!!! Worst customer service and worst service in general

Place is a joke

Still waiting on my package....4 day delivery turned into a new scheduled date of 13 days...not bad 9 days late if it even shows up.

Poor at best they have delivered at this address consistently for the past 8 years then one day I was waiting on the front porch waiting for a part I needed they drove by twice then I get a text saying that they were shipping pkg back to sender cause it was an invalid address my address hasn't changed but I had to go back to several vendors and reconfirm my address cause one bad driver

Never can get packages delivered! Terrible communication! Worst delivery service ever! UPS always delivers on time and to correct address

To do December 20th 7 p.m. I was told my package was going to be delivered the 18th by the end of the day no face and you're all so that all this twice now that problems with it I'd like to know what you figure the end of the day is

Waiting for packages from 12/15. In transit. Ridiculous

My package has been all over the southern states and has been to approximately 5 states and I still have to wait 4 more days. What a Joke!!!

Horrible service, keep changing date 4 to 5 times, hope this is due to the holiday traffic.
