My package was on the delivery truck 3 different days for delivery. Still haven't seen it. I despise anytime I see my package is coming from the FedEx hub in Austell, Ga.

Package has been last updated in Florence on the 15th still not delivered yet

Was to deliver Tuesday, Friday still not delivered.

Worst shipment ever by passed where it was to be delivered added 2 more days for delivery will to very anger if package is spoiled upon arrival will never use FedEx again.

Not happy at all with fedex website and the auto reply that basically says.. nothing we can do to deliver your package any earlier... no reason to even try! What kind of customer service is that?

I Love that I am able 2 track my package.

You need to figure out, in this day and age of technology, how to put in a program that actually updates your tracking. I have gotten the "SAME" message for 3 days straight.

I have not received my package although it says it was delivered

TERRIBLE. The driver left this at the end of my sons driveway. The driveway is about a half mile long and you cannot see the house. They were home all day and had other delivery drivers coming and going including other fedex drivers. This package could ha e easily been stolen. Poor service

When I checked my tracking number it said my package was out for delivery on the 18th and I didn't receive it then it said it was out for delivery on the 19 th and again I didn't receive it yet then today it was out for delivery and a Fed ex truck was on my street and it did not deliver anything I will not use this company or any company that uses them ever again

I aspecting this delivery on 12/17/19 now is 12/20/19 and still in delivery situation. I my package by today I hope . Better UPS

My Delivery Drivers Are Awesome and Very Nice.... This Tracking Online Site Needs to Be Improved Though by including the Option To Request All Status Updates Sent to Your Phone and/ Or Email and Available for Pick Up
