Service is terrible! You pay BIG bucks to have a package delivered, they give a delivery date that they never meet. I'm tracking a package now that is less than 30 miles from the delivery address and it's been there 2 days, on and off the truck in Lebanon, OH twice!!! What the hell! It's a home address that they have delivered to multiple times!

Very poor service I will make note of that with my vendors on eBay use UPS much better FedEx you you're not very good also your tracking very poor

Poor service... 4 days to get package from LA to Osseo Minnesota 8 days and still counting from Osseo to Harris Minnesota 40 miles away

Package was thrown up against the gate beside the road, where anybody passing could have taken it. This is a Christmas gift and a very unique gift. Driver couldn't be bothered driving up the driveway.

Package bounced around Kansas City for 2 days, then sent to St Joe. I live between Kansas city and St Joe. Still dont have it. Would have gotten here quicker on a slow boat from China.
