My experience with FedEx has not been good, I'm waiting now on something. I try to use the postal service or ups.

Terrible that a customer can't receive up to the day/minute tracking.

Have been waiting on delivery from Jacksonville Florida since the 17th still no delivery what's the hold up

I have been waiting for my package for 3 days and haven't received it yet. Dont know what delivery exception mean, but I really needed my package By its expected date which was Dec 18th

Fedex website needs to be updated more it says its on a FedEx vehicle to be delivery for today Thursday dec. 19th was put on a truck at 5:22p this evening on route to delivery and it is now 11:49p and still no package and my boyfriend checked numerous times throughout the day to make sure no one would steal the package.

Never on time. Often damaged parcels.

I live in a building without a doorman. This ticket says the package left at my address but I was not home. Package never found nor indicated it was left with laundry mat next door, at local fedex office or with local postal carrier (i checked all and no one had it)...poor unsuccessful service Fedex...

My package is 9 days late, and it’s been sitting in Winnipeg...2 hours away for 10 days!! Not cool.

Last three items that were shipped to me did not finish delivery with Fed ex and arrived several weeks after they were scheduled to arrive!!!

It will not tell me where my package is. I will never use or recommend FedEx ever again

The worst ever!!!! They lost three packages this week!!! I will ask for now on if they use FedEx for shipping if they do I will order from someone who doesn’t!!!
