Today it says its in the same place it was yesterday?

My service was awful. Delivery date changed 4 times. When it got here, only one of two was here. It was left on my neighbors porch and they weren't home. The box weighed 80 pounds, half of my sofa, I am elderly and I only have 1 arm. I explained this to Fed ex and customer service said the driver was not coming back. And then she had the odasity to say get a neighbor to help me. the neighbors upstairs weren't home and the other neighbor is old and on dialysis . I was hurt and I got angry because there was not anything about it.

I know it's Christmas time and everything is very busy however My shipments show yet they are delayed but FedEx tracking tells me where my package is but gives me no expected delivery date

Fedex it's great company i recommend 100% good ..... God bless the people working for fedex

Not happy with FedEx at all....have been waiting for our candles for 2 days now and all we get for an update is" package is on truck for delivery" hasn't updated,doesn't tell us when to now expect them after we have been waiting for 2 days....I will NEVER deal with this company again....

The FedEX tracking software is not accurate. Delivery dates (twice) have come and gone. My package requires a signature so I made sure to be at home to sign....FedEX has had my package for 14 days and counting. They say the box is in a trailer sitting at a FedEX distribution center. The box hasn't moved for eight days. Tracking text said it would be delivered eight days ago. Customer service box help...said to file a claim then they would look into it.

48 hours for an overnight delivery. Not surprised Amazon doesnt trust them.

My item was never delivered, along with 3 other people in my household. However all of our package has claimed to have started with FedEx and gone to usps. can't seem to get ahold of anyone that can give me any answers of where all of our packages ended up

They are bad about not Delivering packages to the right addresses

Would not recommend FedEx one package this week was delivered across the street latter I had another delivered halfway down the street
